  • - Hyung jun Kim (ChungNam National University)
[Abstract]
This research examined a study on the effect of the self-determination and motivation in the crowdsourcing on the continuous participation intention. This study has classified the three elements of the self-determination which is not forced by outer pressure has intended to analyze practically the effect on the motivation of the customers participating in the crowdsourcing into the intrinsic motivation phase and extrinsic motivation phase. The autonomy, competence and relatedness could be verified with the intrinsic motivation phase of the participants who affect positively the enjoyment and accomplishment. In the effect autonomy, competence and relatedness on the monetary compensation and recognition by others of the extrinsic motivation phase, the hypothesis that the effect autonomy, competence and relatedness of the on the monetary compensation would be negative was overruled, which must have been because while the participation in the crowdsourcing is proposing voluntarily one's own ideas, the concept that the monetary compensation makes the participants participate in order to perceive others not in the voluntary proposals but in the competitive relationships and win them worked and thus the autonomy was perceived negatively.

[Abstract]
This study develops an Input-Output Model of interdependence between large and small-medium enterprises and analyses the output and employment impacts of getting larger in firm size to interpret the problems of corporate partnerships in view of general equilibrium theory. Based on the results of analysis, we can find that negative impacts of getting larger in firm size are much stronger as the monopolistic or oligopolistic nature of large enterprises in product market by industry is much strengthened, and contrarily those positive impacts are also stronger as the share of small-medium enterprises in outputs by industry is much higher (the structure of industrial organization becomes more competitive).
we can suggest that the view of the general equilibrium theory is quite necessary for the corporate partnership or win-win growth policy between large and small-medium enterprises, too.

Comparing Analysis Study on NCS-based Recruitment Case Study
[Abstract]
NCS(National Competency Standards) is riding a wave of renewed public interest in case of high youth unemployment rates in South Korea. The reason why many people are interested in NCS is that NCS is the best tool for person-job fit as well as person-organization fit.
These days one of the most serious problems we face in employment market in South Korea is just high youth unemployment rates as noted. It is said that the reason is due to so called job-mismatch.
Job-mismatch usually occur when the job that the company need is different from the job that job seeker need. And because of this mismatch, youth unemployment rates is growing increasingly.
So in an effort to solve this problem, the ministry of labor and employment started new policy for paving the way to a society emphasizing individual competency rather than academic background and for expanding job opportunities for youths. That is the introduction of NCS in Personnel Management.
NCS is to standardization of capabilities(knowledge, skill, attitudes) required to perform jobs effectively in the workplace in national level. So NCS is the best tool for increasing person-job fit and person-organization fit.
Based on this concept, Many organizations including HRDKorea changed the recruitment and ion system to NCS-based system.
It included that recruitment by NCS, making application by NCS, test by NCS, ion by NCS, and so on.
After that, it is reported that NCS-based recruitment and ion system improved the person-job fit and person-organization fit.
And it is confirmed that NCS is also the best tool to lead a society emphasizing individual competency.

A Study on the Activating Plan of Work-Study Parallel System in SME
  • - Jung-Woo (HRD Service of Korea)
  • - Kim ()
[Abstract]
The advent of knowledge-based society has brought about changes of the labor environment in the workplace. The present government has gone through the process of experimenting the Work-Study Parallel System along with ¡®the paradigm change from academic elitism society to the competency-based society¡¯ under the motto ¡®construction of vocational and education systems, which both work and learning are connected each other.¡¯
The Work-Study Parallel System is a new concept of training programs in which enterprises evaluate people who have completed systematic training programs offered and recognize it as a qualification of a job related to the training programs in the workplace. It is worker-centered in order to develop practical human resources needed for the SME.
Given that, this study aimed at activating the plan of Work-Study Parallel System in the SME and implications of this study are as follows.
Firstly, the Work-Study Parallel System is a business that the government supports corporate-led training programs so that enterprises can directly train and secure necessary talents in the workplace. Therefore, the SME should be supported by the government in diverse ways to implement their own training programs.
Secondly, more efforts should have been made to reduce or prevent turnover and dropout of learning workers.
Thirdly, the Work-Study Parallel System should be operated with a enterprise-friendly system by considering occupations and the company size of the SME.
