[Abstract]
This study tested the structural equation model among the attributes of a marine leisure-sport site, participants' emotional responses, satisfaction, and revisit intentions with the support of empirical evidence. The model consists of eight latent variables and 11-path hypotheses based on 387 usable questionnaires completed by participants at sites for marine leisure sports in Busan, Korea.
Participants' positive emotional response was found to be positively influenced by physical attributes, but negatively influenced by perceived risks at the sites and perceived overall satisfaction and revisit intentions were positively influenced by the positive emotional response. Likewise, participants' negative emotional response was negatively influenced by physical attributes but positively influenced by perceived risks, and overall satisfaction and behavioral intentions were negatively influenced by negative emotional response. Therefore, the mediating role of emotional responses was verified. Nonetheless, the hypothesized path relationships of service and accessibility with emotional responses were rejected
